Planking or the lying down game is a worldwide activity in which you must lie face down in any location(i.e stairs, floors, table, car, billboard, etc.) or in any surface with your hands touching the sides of your body. It is usually done for Photographic purposes and the like. Few weeks ago, the social networking site Facebook receive tremendous number of image uploads which is probably made by the Planking Phenomenon.
I myself had just tried it last afternoon. I find it very fun and exciting activity. You would surely want to try it for your new Profile Picture:D
